Important Fee Changes Coming in Term 3.

AHPA is phasing out our current model of Senior vs Teaching Artists and moving instead to an "On-peak/Off-peak" model.

New Fees (for Students Currently Paying Senior Teaching Artist Rate)

Applicable from Term 3 2026

Off-Peak price: $59.95 for 30 mins

Weekdays: lesson starts before 3:30pm or from 6:30pm

Saturdays: lesson starts before 9am or from 1pm

All day Sunday

On-peak price: $66 for 30 mins

Weekdays: lesson starts from 3:30pm and before 6:30pm

Saturdays: lesson starts from 9am and before 1pm

Prices will be determined by lesson start time (not finishing time).

If you are currently scheduled during an on-peak window and would like to request an off-peak slot for term 3, please do so ASAP so we can prioritise your request!

Students Currently Paying Teaching Artist Rate:

If you enrolled with Polina or Amélie prior to Term 2 2026, or with Leo prior to June 2026, you are currently paying the Teaching Artist Rate ($52.25 for 30 mins).

In Term 2, Polina and Amélie were promoted to Senior Teaching Artists, but we did not raise prices for existing students. Leo was advertised as a Teaching Artist from Term 2 when he began lessons with us.

Therefore, to avoid a sudden and large increase in your fees, we are offering the following fees for you for the remainder of 2026.

New Fees for students currently paying Teaching Artist Rate

Applicable from Term 3 2026

Off-Peak price: $55 for 30 mins

Weekdays: lesson starts before 3:30pm or from 6:30pm

Saturdays: lesson starts before 9am or from 1pm

All day Sunday

On-peak price: $57.75 for 30 mins

Weekdays: lesson starts from 3:30pm and before 6:30pm

Saturdays: lesson starts from 9am and before 1pm.

Please note, from Term 1 2027, all clients will be subject to the (higher) prices detailed in the previous section.

Changes to Recital Plan

For a few reasons, I have made the decision not to make the trip to Sydney for the recital. As most of you know, I now reside in Coffs Harbour (5.5 hr drive north of Sydney) with my young family and I manage our studio remotely. I am also pregnant with number 3, so getting to Sydney is a bit of a mission - financially and logistically - in this season.

I am sorry not to be there, but I have full confidence in our amazing team (led by Neon) to coordinate a fantastic event.

As such, my idea for an AHPA choir will have to wait for another recital. If you have already purchased tickets and the choir performance was your main motivation for doing so, please feel free to request a refund (email me at emma@allhandspianoacademy.com) and I will gladly issue it for you.

The Teacher Showcase will go ahead as planned, with performances from some of our fabulous teaching team.

The participating family includes tickets for 2 audience members and helps to cover the costs of putting on the event. Additional tickets can be purchased on the event page. Babies and Toddlers (ages 2 and under) get free entry but please add their tickets (zero dollars) to your cart when purchasing your tickets so that we have an idea of numbers.

I will reach out to all participating families 2 weeks prior to the event, asking you to send me your repertoire details and scheduling requests.

Saturday Afternoon Group Class: Expressions of Interest Open

If you have younger children who are looking to start lessons at All Hands Piano Academy, you may be interested in the group class we are proposing:

Duration: 45 minutes
​Time: 4:30pm
​Day: Saturdays (during school term)
​Teacher: Polina​
​Ages: 4 - 6 yrs
​Fees: $49.50 for 45 minutes (equivalent to $30 for 30 mins + GST).
​Maximum number of children: 5
​
Depending on your requests, the group class would cover a combination of piano and singing, or just piano. Please let us know your preference.

[Reminder] New Refer-a-Friend Policy

Our refer-a-friend policy has changed, starting from this term.

From now on, you will receive a $10 discount (unlimited times), applied to your next invoice, every time a new client puts your name in the "how did you hear about us" box prior to purchasing a trial lesson. All you have to do is tell your friends to mention your name when signing up (send them here https://allhandspianoacademy.com/contact_us).

[Reminder] Amélie is Teaching Mornings (off-peak)

Our beloved teacher Amélie Gnatek has opened up her calendar to teach lessons in the morning before school. If you are interested in morning lessons, please email me: emma@allhandspianoacademy.com.

Please note these will be billed at off-peak prices (cheaper than afternoon lessons).
